Sold Out! BTS Makes History Again with ‘ARIRANG’ World Tour 2026

Are you guys breathing? Because I am literally NOT breathing right now! 😭

Okay, grab your iced coffee, sit down, and let’s talk because we have major tea to spill today. If you’ve been living under a rock (or just buried in textbooks for midterms—I feel you, girl), you might have missed the absolute chaos that happened this week. But don’t worry, your girl is here to break it all down.

Our seven kings, the absolute loves of our lives, BTS, have officially done it again. And by “it,” I mean they broke the internet and our bank accounts, and we are thanking them for it!

The ‘ARIRANG’ Takeover: It’s All Gone! 🎟️🚫

So, Big Hit Music dropped the news on the 27th, and I’m still recovering. They announced that the North American and European legs of the upcoming ‘ARIRANG’ World Tour are completely, 100% SOLD OUT.

We are talking about 41 shows across two continents. Gone. Poof.

The ticketing war was intense. I was in the queue with my laptop, my iPad, and my phone, manifesting good vibes, and let me tell you, the stress was real. Big Hit confirmed that practically the second sales opened, every single seat in these massive stadium venues was snatched up. It just proves that no matter how much time passes, the ARMY power is unmatched. We really said, “Take my money!” 💸

North America: We Are Ready for the Purple Ocean 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇲🇽

The North American leg kicks off this spring, and the schedule is packed! Starting April 25, the boys are taking over the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. Can we talk about Florida getting the opening night? The energy is going to be insane!

From there, they are hitting up 12 cities for a total of 31 shows. We’re talking El Paso, Mexico City (Latina ARMYs, make some noise! 💃), Stanford, Las Vegas… the list goes on.

But here is the wildest part. Because we are too passionate, they actually had to add shows! Due to “overwhelming demand” (which is the understatement of the century), they added one extra night each in Tampa, Stanford, and Las Vegas. So if you thought you missed out, you might have gotten a second chance during that frenzy.

Making History (As Usual) 💅✨

You guys know I love bragging about our boys, right? Well, get this. This tour isn’t just a tour; it’s a history lesson.

Big Hit pointed out something super important. BTS is going to be the first Korean act EVER to hold solo concerts at some seriously iconic venues. We are talking about the Sun Bowl Stadium in El PasoStanford StadiumGillette Stadium (Foxborough represent!), M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, and the massive AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

Like, do you understand the scale of this? They are literally paving the way in real-time. Leaving their footprint on K-pop history? More like stomping on the industry with combat boots. It makes me so proud I could cry. 🥺

Europe: Summer with BTS 🇪🇺☀️

For my European besties, your summer is officially sorted. After they wreck us in North America, the boys are flying across the pond.

They kick off the Europe leg on June 26-27 in Madrid, Spain, at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano. Imagine hearing “Dynamite” or “Spring Day” under the Spanish summer sky? chills.

After Madrid, they are hitting up 5 major cities including Brussels, London, Munich, and Paris for a total of 10 shows. I’m seriously considering studying abroad this summer just to catch the Paris show. Who’s with me? ✈️🥐

The Album: ‘ARIRANG’ is Coming 💿🎶

Before the tour even starts, we have a very important date to mark on our calendars. March 20.

That is when their 5th Studio Album, also titled ‘ARIRANG’, drops. We are getting 14 brand new songs. Big Hit says the album captures “BTS of the present,” singing about who they are right now.

The title “Arirang” is so beautiful because it’s such a traditional, soulful Korean concept, but knowing BTS, they are going to twist it and make it modern and personal. I’m already preparing my tissues because I know the lyrics are going to hit different. We have about two months to emotionally prepare ourselves for new music!

The Biggest Tour Yet 🌏

Just to put this in perspective: The tour actually starts on home turf, April 9 at the Goyang Sports Complex in Korea. In total, they are visiting 34 cities for 82 shows.

Read that again. 82 SHOWS.

This is officially the largest single tour by any K-pop artist in history. And they aren’t even done! They announced that dates for Japan and the Middle East are coming soon. So if your city wasn’t on the list yet, don’t lose hope!

Let’s Chat! 💬

Okay, I need to know—did any of you survive the Ticketmaster bloodbath? Which city are you seeing them in? Or are you waiting for the livestream like me?

Let me know in the comments below! I’m going to go stream their old albums and try to calm down. Love you guys! Borahae! 💜💜💜
